Dr Eric Langman, CEO

Eric received his PhD from University of California Santa Barbara, working on the design, simulation, and fabrication of silicon-nitride-based optomechanical systems. He further expanded this role as a postdoc in the Quantum Optomechanics group at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen, where he realized mechanical resonators for a variety of applications. As a seasoned expert in all matters of high-Q, he co-founded Qfactory ApS and acts as its CEO.

Prof Dr Albert Schliesser, CSO

Albert is a word leader in the Science and Technology of mechanical systems in the quantum regime. With his Quantum Optomechanics group at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen, he first introduced ultracoherent mechanical devices and conducted ground-breaking experiments on quantum measurement and control of mechanical systems. As a pioneering scientist, he has co-authored some 20 publications in Science and the Nature family. As a passionate innovator, he also holds a number of key patents. Realizing an opportunity to bring his research to broader use, he co-founded Qfactory ApS and acts as its CSO.
